Are your items really handmade?

Yes  100% handmade by me. Nothing is outsourced, nothing is mass produced. Every piece is designed, cut, and sewn by my own hands.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Since everything is made by hand, please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping. During busy seasons or for custom orders, it may take a little longer — but I promise it’s worth the wait.

Do you offer custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom pieces. Custom orders require a consultation and a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because all items are handmade and often made to order, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.

What if my item doesn’t fit?

If your item doesn’t fit, I’m happy to offer alterations for a small fee. You’ll just need to cover shipping both ways.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I ship worldwide 🌍

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.

How do I know what size to order?

A size chart is provided on the sizer chart page. If you’re unsure, feel free to message me before ordering. I’d rather help you get it right the first time.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your order is already in production.

Why are your prices higher than fast fashion?

Because this is slow fashion. You’re paying for:

    •    real craftsmanship

    •    quality materials

    •    time, detail, and care

Not factory labor or mass production.
