1. Custom Orders

Custom orders are made-to-order and crafted specifically for you.

Because of the personalized nature, custom orders cannot be canceled or returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Please provide accurate measurements, details, and specifications. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Lead times for custom orders will be communicated during consultations. Production does not begin until deposit payment is confirmed.
2. Products

All items are made with care and attention to detail.

Colors may vary slightly from images due to screen settings or lighting.

We inspect all items before shipping to ensure quality.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
3. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on product type.

Shipping times vary by location. International shipments may take 2–6 weeks, depending on customs and local delivery.

Customers are responsible for customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to international orders.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
4. Refunds & Returns

Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos and order details.

We will replace or repair the item at no extra cost or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.

Standard items may be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after receiving the return.

6. Payment

We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

Payment must be received in full before production or shipping.
7. Cancellations

Custom orders are considered final once the deposit has been paid and confirmed. Production begins after deposit payment, and cancellations after this point are not accepted.

Standard items may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order if payment has been processed.
